I am using my Pushbutton Letters CD. Why am I prompted for a username and password?

On the clamshell holder that the CD came in there is a sticker which will list the pin code (if you are prompted for it) as well as the user(name) and pass(word).

 

How do I print out the finished Sales Letter that I have created?

In the web browser you are using you may click the printer Icon or you may go the "File" menu and select "Print"

 

How can I use just the text from the Sales Letter in my own word processor or software?

In the middle of the actual sales letter just right click
your mouse and then choose "Select All", this will highlight all the text. Then right click your mouse again and choose "Copy", and then you may paste the text into your word processor or software of your choice.

Since the program actually runs on the CD and is not installed you will need to use the CD each time in order to access the program.

 

Can I run run Pushbutton Letters without an Internet connection?

Although facets of the program are stored on the CD, certain files are stored on our servers which allows us to update and modify Pushbutton Letters in an ongoing basis to allow us to keep it optimized for our customers'.

Please be sure that your Pushbutton Letters CD is kept in it's clamshell when not in use. CD-ROMs are susceptible to any type of damage if not protected when not in use. If your CD will not read please contact our support department.

 

Why can't I access Pushbutton Letters when I insert the CD and I am not prompted for user(name) or pass(word)?

It may be necessary to close everything, take the CD out and reinsert the CD and start again. It may also be necessary to click the "House" icon on the top of the screen.

 

How do I save my sales letter in html format?

When you are finished and you are viewing your completed sales letter you will select the "File" menu then choose "Save As" and you will select either "Web Page" or "Web Page Complete" and save the html file where you can find it when you want it.

 

How can I get help when I am using Pushbutton Letters?

You can choose :"click for help!" on the top menu of the program or "GET HELP" from the bottom menu, each feature of the program is listed as well as step-by-step videos on the use of each feature.
